We're sorry to hear you're thinking of leaving. This article explains how to cancel, how long it takes, and what happens to your listings afterwards.
Before you go
If NearSt has stopped working because you've changed your point of sale (POS) system, let us know. We connect to most POS systems and can usually get you reconnected quickly.
How to cancel
Email [email protected] or message us using the chat in the bottom-right of this page. Tell us the name of your shop and, if you have more than one, which locations you'd like to cancel. We'll confirm your cancellation date by email.
Notice period and final charges
We ask for 30 days' notice. Your cancellation date is 30 days after the day you tell us.
Your subscription carries on as normal until then, so you'll still be billed for the notice period. Once your account closes, you won't be charged again.
What happens to your listings
Google: once your account closes, we stop sending your stock to Google, so your products stop showing on Google. Your Google Business Profile itself isn't affected, and you remain its primary owner.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): we stop updating your product catalogue.
Other channels: we stop sending your products to any other channels you've connected through NearSt.
Tidying up your Google Business Profile
When you joined, you added [email protected] as a manager of your Google Business Profile. You can remove it after your cancellation date under Business Profile settings → Managers.
We may also have changed your profile's store code during setup. You can leave it as it is, or change it back if another service needs a particular code.
Coming back later
Please let us know if you'd ever like to rejoin, and we'd love to welcome you back!
