Billing for NearSt apps in Epos Now and how to update which of your Epos Now locations are tied to NearSt

Once you install a NearSt app through the Epos Now AppStore you will be automatically charged. From then, you will be billed for the apps monthly as part of your Epos Now package.

Updating your Epos Now locations


To update which locations are tied to your NearSt account, you will need to go to the Epos Now AppStore, as this is where you are billed. This is useful in situations where you accidentally signed up locations that aren't in use for store sales (like 'Reserved Stock' or 'E-Commerce Warehouse').

Go to the Epos Now App Store, and go to the My Apps section.

  1. Click on the NearSt app you have installed (often called 'Google - Local Products') and click on the title of this app to go to the app details page.

  2. In the app details page, click Change Location.

  3. In this screen, you can untick any locations you don't want to integrate with NearSt. Your billing will be updated based on the number of locations selected.
