How to connect Facebook Messenger to your NearSt Shop page

Online messaging can be a powerful tool for retailers to connect with their customers and boost sales. In fact, more than 53% of people say they are more likely to shop with a business if they can message them directly.

You can now connect your Facebook Business Messenger to your NearSt shop page. This means that when people land on your NearSt shop page from Google, they can reach you directly through Facebook Messenger with any queries about your shop or products.


Here’s how to add Facebook Messenger:

  1. Log into your MyShop account.

  2. Click on the Channels tab.

  3. Select Shop Page

  4. Click on Update your page

  5. In the ‘Social media links’ section, tick the box 'Enable Facebook Messenger'

(Note: Make sure you've added a link to your Facebook page above this, or it won't work!)
