Local Checkout is available for Lite users and upwards, however, the transaction fees depend on your plan type and range from 1% + 20p per transaction to 1% + 10p per transaction.

On top of that, Stripe also charges fees depending on your region which for the UK is ​​1.5% + 20p - All other currencies can be found on Stripe's Pricing page which is linked here.
