Notifications for new orders will be sent to the email address associated with your NearSt account. We understand that in some cases, it’s not possible to frequently check emails, and these notifications would be better off if received through SMS. Don’t worry, we have you covered and it’s super easy to enable SMS notifications of orders.
To do this:
Log into MyShop and head to the Channels tab.
Under Local Checkout, click Manage Connection
From here, you’re able to adjust the email address and add a phone number and tick the Send text messages for new orders box!
Done! You will now also receive notifications through SMS rather than just emails
