Setting up order notifications

Notifications for new orders will be sent to the email address associated with your NearSt account.

Email notifications

Email notifications are available for both Product Reservations and Local Checkout.

To edit the email addresses used for these:

  1. In the NearSt dashboard, head to Channels.

  2. Click on Manage connection on the Product Reservations or Local Checkout card.

  3. Click on the Settings icon at the top right of the page.

  4. Here you can add one or more notification email addresses.

SMS notifications

For Local Checkout, you can also enable text message notifications.

To edit the phone number used for these:

  1. In the NearSt dashboard, head to Channels.

  2. Click on Manage connection on the Local Checkout card.

  3. Click on the Settings icon at the top right of the page.

  4. Add your phone number here and check the checkbox Send text messages.
