Here's how to add us as a manager of your Google My Business.
NearSt shows your in-stock products directly in Google. To connect your products to the correct location in Google, we need access to your Google My Business listing.
Granting NearSt access to Google My Business during onboarding
Our Customer Success team will send you a Google My Business request via email during your onboarding. This can be accepted in one click.
If you haven’t received our request, check your Junk folder to see if the request has landed here.
If you have accidentally declined our management request, or have not received our request by email, please follow the steps below:
How to give NearSt access to your Google My Business
- Log into your Google account here
- Click into your listing here
- Click on the 'Users' tab in the left-hand panel.
- Click Add Users.
- Add the email firstname.lastname@example.org
- When prompted to choose a role, select Owner level access. You will stay the Primary Owner.
- Click Invite.
A friendly Customer Success team member will then approve your request, and you are one step closer to having your in-store inventory connected to Google!
