To enable your Facebook Shops on NearSt, your Commerce Account cannot be connected to Instagram.
To remove an Instagram account from your Facebook Business account:
- Open your Facebook Business Suite.
- Click the last icon, down the left / More Tools
- Click Page Settings
If you are struggling to see this page, try refreshing that page and then seeing if you can see the options.

5. Click Disconnect Instagram
You can reconnect your Instagram account once your Facebook shop is up and running!
