What happens when a customer doesn’t complete their online purchase?

How does a customer not completing a purchase affect you?

If, at any point, your customer doesn’t complete the online purchase, the sale will not complete for either yourselves or the customer. 


If your customer has an item in their basket and doesn’t complete the checkout within a 10 hour period, the sale will not process and the item will no longer be in their basket. You do not need to take any action, their order simply will not process.
