Disabling the Meta Commerce integration

To revoke NearSt’s access and to cancel your connection to Facebook Shops, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Channels page in your NearSt dashboard.

2. Find the Meta Commerce card, and click Manage connection.

3. Click on the Settings icon at the top right of the page.

4. Click Disconnect.

NearSt will now stop updating the products in your Meta Commerce Catalog.

If you want to remove the associated Catalog, you can optionally:

1. Go to the Business Settings page in the Meta Business Manager.

2. Go to Data Sources → Catalogs

3. Click on Remove next to the Products from NearSt catalog

This will automatically disable any Facebook or Instagram Shops using this catalog.
